The Tanzania Veterinary Association (TVA) is pleased to invite researchers, scientists, professionals, and students to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations at the 43rd Annual Scientific Conference to be held at Cate Hotel and Convention Center in Morogoro town from 24th to 26th November 2026.
This year’s conference will be held in Conjunction with the Celebration of 50 Years of Veterinary Training in Tanzania by Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA)

In addition to scientific papers, submissions describing field experiences, extension innovations, veterinary service delivery, community outreach, disease control campaigns, policy implementation experiences and professional success stories are highly encouraged.
Submission Guidelines & Deadlines
Abstracts and full papers/posters must be prepared according to the Author Guidelines available on the TVJ website.
At the end of each abstract, author must state presentation preference, whether Oral or Poster. However, the preparation committee reserve the right to allocate any accepted submission to either oral or poster presentation.
